🎙️ Birthed from my own personal journey towards liberation, ‘Weight, There’s More’ is a testament to every woman who’s been told her body is hers yet feels it hasn’t been for decades.

We live in a world that want women small - emotionally, spiritually & physically. Our growth is stifled, choked, & stuffed into boxes by societal norms, expectations, capitalism, ableism, racism, wrapped in the ugliest masculine bow of patriarchal chains ⛓️

This podcast is a deep dive into our struggles around our worth, our body image & the systems that have control over our bodies. The messages we receive from media, the price we pay for beauty, the difference in access to quality food & healthcare, the way our grandmothers & mothers loved & loathed themselves, creating a generational chase for thinness, whiteness, prettiness & youth.

Reclaiming our bodies, our health & our well-being is nothing short of rebellion 💪
